This is a simple and delicious recipe filled with healthy ingredients! A good recipe for On-The-Go food, which you can easily take with you in your bag, as a snack, and which fills you up well when you don't have time to cook something small in the afternoon. Or when you just simply fancy something small. The recipe contributes to:

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED
- 10 scoops of collagen powder
- 1 dl organic hazelnuts (60 g)
- 1 dl organic sunflower seeds (60 g)
- 1/2 dl organic sweet almonds (30 g)
- 1/2 dl organic melon seeds (30 g)
- 12 organic pitted dates (100 g)
- 10 organic apricots (50 g)
- 2 tablespoons organic cocoa (20 g)
- 3 tbsp organic coconut oil (45 g)
- 2 tablespoons organic agave syrup (40 g)
- 1 tablespoon organic date syrup (20 g)
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT
A tip before you start! Feel free to use a food scale, so there will be less mess if you weigh all the ingredients, instead of using measurements, before putting them in the mixer (place the mixer on the food scale)!
Mix the hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, sweet almonds and melon seeds into a coarse flour. Add the cocoa and 10 scoops of collagen powder and continue mixing. Then add the coconut oil, agave syrup and date syrup, mix.
Squeeze the dough into 20 round balls! Leave in the fridge for a while before serving.
