Is spirulina good for the skin?
Just like collagen , spirulina boosts the body in many different ways! Among other things, spirulina helps protect the body from free radicals and eliminate toxins from the skin, as well as increase cell renewal in the skin to help the skin heal, and last but not least, reduce bacteria in the skin that cause acne.
Is collagen good for the skin?
Collagen is a protein that makes up 1/3 of all protein in the human body. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the entire body, and after water is also the most abundant substance in our bodies! Collagen is the "glue of the body", and without collagen you would more or less collapse. Collagen keeps your skin elastic and youthful.
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT
Mix together 1 scoop of collagen powder with chia seeds, almond or coconut milk, vanilla powder and cinnamon, and optional sweetener, and stir. Leave for at least 30 minutes, stirring well to avoid lumps.
When the chia pudding is ready, divide it into three equal parts and mix in the green spirulina in one part, and the blue spirulina in the other part, and stir well (you will get three colors: white, blue and green).
Make the edges of the jar a little nice (see picture): in order for the fruit to stick to the side of the jar, be sure to cut the fruit really thin and make sure the glass is dry.
Then put them in the jar, in three layers and top with blueberries and kiwi!
