THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED
- 4 scoops of collagen peptides
- 2.5 dl organic almond butter
- 100 g raw organic unsweetened dark chocolate - the higher the cocoa content, the better
- 11/2 dl organic coconut oil
- 3 dl organic coconut flakes
- If sweetness is desired: add 1 tablespoon organic stevia
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT
Spread butter paper in a baking pan.
Mix 4 scoops of collagen powder, 2/3 parts of the coconut flakes. Place the chocolate, almond butter and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl and place over a pan of simmering water (the bowl should not touch the water) and stir until melted. Add stevia if desired. Once all melted, remove and let cool for a few minutes. Pour in the mixture with collagen and coconut flakes, mix well. Pour the batter onto the baking paper, sprinkle over the rest of the coconut flakes. Store the mold in the fridge overnight, or at least 4 hours. Take out and cut into pieces.
